Vienna's youth has an excellent opportunity to contribute to our community through membership in a Optimist JOI Club. JOI members work together to have fun, identify and accomplish community projects, and more. JOI is about our youth working together to participate in a common cause, whether it's helping others, or volunteering at an Optimist Club event.
